Z&Z Experience Club stores the details you provide when you create an account: name, email, optional WhatsApp number, and your consent choices for Parent Pulse and optional club updates.

When you book an event, we also store booking and payment status, ticket references, and opaque ticket codes for check-in. Paystack processes card payments; we do not store full card numbers.

We use your email to send sign-in links, password resets, booking confirmations, and messages you have agreed to receive. We do not sell your details.

Data is held in Z&Z's hosted database and is available to authorized staff. Contact zandzexperience@gmail.com to correct or delete your account, subject to legal and booking records we must retain.
